Here is the latest of question how many POM(possession of marijuana )charges before felony???

Depends on the jurisdiction. In some states, it never does become a felony, and in others, first offense is felony.

I believe it's 3rd time is a charm. If you get charged with the same thing, 3 times, you are going to be charged with a felony and probably will do some hard time.
