Both parties are representing the privileged! Since the beginning of this country, the little guy has been supporting the wealthy. Just check out the names of those signing the Declaration of Independence. All men of means. The wording of the Declaration sound great, but in truth, they mean little to you or I. However, at one time the scales were a bit more equal. There were less privileged than middle or lower classes of society. Now the middle class is growing less than the other two, So you can bet the privileged class isn't going to support the poor, what happens then? The privileged are not American, they are people of the world. They care less for America than they do for their investments. Their investments go where the money goes, America has no money, the rich have stripped us; we are in debt to the world; the privileged! The privileged feel no loyalty to America, that is why so many of our jobs have be out-sourced, to make them more money. Are you beginning to understand?

The Conservatives prefer to diminish decrease back on taxes. Labour experience that the way that funds is allotted is fairly unfair, as an occasion, a pair that sit down around in an workplace all day and are able to purchase a 2nd motor vehicle/homestead blatently do no longer choose a similar quantity as a instruction manual worker who works 8 hours an afternoon, has a relatives, and is suffering to pay his charges. So their answer is to tax the wealthy and supply extra advantageous provisions in terms of welfare, more advantageous public centers etc. The Conservative counter argument would in all possibility be that a liberal economic equipment is mandatory to maintain Britain's markets aggressive and earning severe. The Conservatives additionally fee the money over each and every little thing else and that they are the main reason all our capability centers, telecommunications centers and rail centers are starting to be privatized, and the main reason we see fluctuations in costs, as there are in the present day. I trust various those that Labour could be ousted temporarily, even in spite of the undeniable fact that my vote won't waver. i think of being the competition back would desire to help the occasion re-align itself with its classic leftist concepts.

I believe you will find as many "rich" liberals in politics. Just because they say they are for the poor, doesn't mean they are actually for the poor. If you tax a rich man, he will not invest in progress, he will invest in a great tax man to shelter his money. He will take little or no risk on a new ventures or keeping his current ventures up-to-date. Therefore, if the rich man doesn't invest there are less new jobs for "US" poor and the old company will eventually be out dated and close and lay "US" poor people off. Our economy is in a rebound and it's because of the tax breaks Bush put in place several years ago. You and I both know that it is very unlikely if you put your money into something you get an immediate large return. That investment has to have time to grow and multiply and be accepted. That is what the tax cuts have done. It took several years before the spending became less that the return.

The rich get richer, but they pay more in taxes as a percentage of taxes collected and in real dollars as well. Don't confuse a lower marginal rate on federal income taxes with the amount of dollars collected. Every time tax rates have been lowered (Truman, Kennedy, Reagan, Bush) the amount of money collected has gone up. In the US we tax transaction or movement of money, we do not tax wealth. All taxpayers had their federal income tax burden reduced by Bush, those who make to little money to pay federal income tax have seen an increase in the earned income tax credit and child tax credit that actually provides them with a greater tax refund than in the years when Clinton was president. Most tax increases on the working class have been instituted by democrates in controll of state and local governments. Many of these increases are being sold to the public in the guise of what is good for us (cigarette taxes, alcohol taxes, gas taxes etc ect) They are however still tax hikes. Conservatives believe that those who earn money are best able to determine what should be done with it. Liberals (democrates) believe tax policy should be predicated on doing favors for some at the expense of others. Conservatives are not fooled into voting for their own best interests and are unlikely to vote contrary to those interests out of envy of the rich

You are wrong. You are spewing liberal democrat talking points, none of which are true.
If you have an open mind, look into the statistics. The top ten money earners in the US pay over 50% of the federal taxes. The bottom 50% of money earners pay about 10% of the federal income taxes.
There are, by far, more rich democrats than there are Republicans. It is something the liberals never talk about. See if you can get the Democrat party to release those stats to you.
I am a conservative and would rather be with a party of people who are interested in equal opportunity for everyone.
The Dems want government control of everyone. I want freedom from government.

The answer is propaganda works best on the weak-minded, the prejudicial ppl and the angry.
Karl Rove figured this out in the 70s. He stated that motivating hate and prejudices in a person was the more powerful method to get them to vote against all other issues.
Also, they twist facts in using that hate. IE, they make the weakminded and uninformed that feel like they are getting squeezed with taxes, really believe that all those welfare moms are to blame. They never mention corporate welfare costing 4 times as much as our social welfare program.
And they just keep on closing their minds, singing in church and being blind to reality.

Neither party supports the working and middle class. Some from each party do, in some respects. The point is not to be nose-ring-linked to any party.

Pretty much everyone involved in politics comes from a privileged background. Barely any of them can associate with the common man, and if they ever could chances are they forgot how to.
That goes for all career politicians, regardless of party.

Ted Kennedy has a trust set up on the island of Fiji where as he only paid about $186,000 dollars tax on $500,000,000. That's five hundred million, we should take a look at John Kerry to see what he really paid in taxes since his six or seven homes here in the US are worth over 65 million. Nancy Pelosi is pro union but if you say the word union in one of her company's you'll be out the door so fast it will make your head spin
