Parental consentl, and the age is determined by the state you live.
I was married at 17 with my mothers consent --- daumn how I wish she hadn't signed that paper!
People that young just should not be getting married under any circumstance!

Depends on the state.
Most require one of the minor's parent's consent (in writing). Some require court approval as well - usually for those under 16 though.

With a parent's signature. A minister told me he sometimes knew when the girl was pregnant because then a doctor would sign.

However check to see if you must be a legal resident in the state.

i belive so. (unfourtuntly) a couple around here are both 16 and got pregnant and they got married. i think you have to have parent permishin though.
