The warantee covers all repairs for consules manufactured before Jan. 1st 06 and i bought mine in Nov. 05. I am having a problem with mine and I want to send it in to get fixed but they said it would cost me $140, EVEN THOUGH i bought mine before '06. Do I have a case on my hand where I could file a lawsuit against Microsoft?

It seems to me that an unmarked police car stands out much more than a police car with the lights, siren, and all of the departmental insignias all over the vehicle. Does anyone really believe that these cars blend in?

My Xspouse gained custody of my two kids, because I had very poor representation. Fired that atty, now he keeps dragging me into court over past due child support. I obviously can not afford to hire a new attorney and they all want big retainer fees.

Think about it, after last years elections, and polls show over 66% of Americans disagree with bush, and he refuses to listen. He's said even if it was just him, his wife, and dog, he would still stay the course. Sounds more like a dictator to me...

Also, think about this, say Hillary Clinton wins the presidency, thatll be TWENTY FOUR YEARS that this country has been ruled by the same two families, say she wins 2 terms, thatll be 28 years.

Starting to seem a little fishy to me... History tells us the average lifespan of a democracy is around 200 years, and were passed that... Thoughts?

No WMDs. No Iraq-9/11 connection. Our own intelligence community admits that Bush's War is creating more terrorism than it is eliminating. Polling data indicates that the Iraqis want us out of their country. Fewer than one-in-three Americans supports the war.

Isn't this really all about Mr. Bring-It-On's adolescent male ego than it is about the people of Iraq or protecting America?

Shouldn't we give some credit to GWB for immediately defending her?

I don't want to hear about how thousands of soldiers are dying in Iraq because of GWB, blah, blah, blah. I just want to focus on THIS TOPIC. I made fun of Nancy and called her a hypocrite too before I knew the entire story. Personally, I still think the jet is excessive, with or without Bush's approval, but you've got to admit, he was the first to defend her--one of his most vocal adversaries.

Please serious answers. I feel I am dealing with one and am fed up as to how far he can go with all he has done. Also, how could this all stand in court. If I have to go to court because of him. I exposed him and now, he has claims he has filed a complaint against me. Advise please. I know....no contact anymore. But what I want to know is how someone like this works. He has done enough damage and I will not let him walk over me again.

Many people here say they support the troops but not the war. How this is possible, it is troops that are engaged in the war. If you you do not support war than you are not supporting the troops.
