Rep Jose Serrano (D-New York) has put legislation to congress that says any ILLEGAL that has a child in the US is granted the entire family citizenship for the "sake of the kids" Is this a good idea?

Corrollary: Section 8 of the United States code, 1324 (a) (1) (A) (iv) (b) (iii) says "a person (including a group of persons, business, organization, or local government) commits a federal felony when she or he: assists an illegal alien she/he should reasonably know is illegal in the US.... or knowingly assists illegal aliens due to personal convictions."

i had a freind recomend a person he was working with,we had a deal to remodel the bathroom.he took a month to do what he did and never came back,for a while they promised to come back several times and never showed up.i let iy go for a while because my freind said he would come finish it.he nwver came,i relized the contract was with the contractor( verbal contract witnessed by freind) so i have called him and he says he will not finish and he should have added extra ,this was never mentioned before. the phone call,he is saying he did extra work that was never mentioned.i paid all money up front because i trusted my freind to make sure it was right.

Right after the election Democrats were calling Bush a "lame duck" president who wouldn't be able to get anything passed...but it seems that Dems are the ones having trouble passing legislation.

They can't get their anti-surge non-binding resolution through the Senate, they can't get any debate on Iraq, Pelosi can't get her 42 leather seat game room/shower/bedroom super plane, they can't pin anything on Bremer, no impeachment of Bush, no troops brought home, etc etc etc.

Looks like Democrats are REAL lame ducks. Agree?

like lets say your rich and know people who know poeple you could get some strings pulled and get in to a ivy league school like harvard/

what policy can we make that will change all of this?
how do we get rid of inequality in education?

Like employment lets say you know somenone that knows someone, you wont go thru that employment applicatin process , becouse of your connections you could get to get the job.

How do we stop inequality in employment like that>>

It should be pointed out that a misunderstanding of the family abuse issue is so pervasive, male verses female, or the focus on violence statistics only, that city and county governments, the courts, law enforcement, prosecutorÌs offices, mental health clinics, and other tax supported agencies[2] are more about gender politics than reality.

"Most reported cases of spousal abuse involve violence by men against women. " This is the corruption, where we go from abuse, to violence and polarize the issue....why ?

I used to work at a foster care facility with my husband. I was in charge of fund raising, he is in charge of compliance. We met a boy there that we wanted to adopt. He's 17. We went through the process to have him with the state before telling our employers. The Executive Director & I do not get along. I was asked to leave the Ranch at the beginning of the month because they were reorganizing and wanted me to be a contractor & gave me the equip to do so. When we told them of the steps we took in wanting to get this boy it turned ugly. They told the staff I was not to have any contact with the boys "for reasons they can't say". The staff told this boy these things. He is heart broken and they even talked to the state. He is being torn in half & I don't want that. My old co workers have this statement in their mind, and my husband was told he had no character or integrity because we didnt go to them 1st. My husband feels uneasy there & we think he is being let go. Defamation???

We (the US) built Iraq and Saddam up to create stability in the Middle East and to counter the Iranian power. So what was to be expected by removing that stability.. the converse is not always true.. but in many cases it is.. so knowing that weakening Iraq as we have done could allow Iran to become more powerful and create instability in the Middle East, was going into Iraq the right decision.. or was building it up in the first place the wrong decision?

Should we give them free eye tests before letting them loose near our UK ground forces? I am ex Army (RRF) and I would hate the prospect of being shot by "friendly" fire.

A friend of mines is 29 with 4 kids, the oldest is 8 and the youngest is like 6 months old, he is a single father, and has sole custody of all 4 daughters.

now he lives with one of his childs mothers,

and he owns 3 off the books buisnesses electronic buisnesses

SO WHAT WOULD BE HIS BACK UP PLANS , IF LETS SAY HIS CHILDS MOTHER AND HIM BREAKS UP AND HE GOT NO INCOME, AND NO ONE TO WATCH HIS KIDS?
