It means he gets more sex than you. In other words, a strong libido. I'm not surprised you didn't know the meaning, since I can tell you don't know the definition of liberal. A "Blue Dog Democrat" is a very conservative democrat. A "Yellow Dog Democrat" is a southern Democrat who would rather vote for a yellow dog than waste their vote on a Republican.
