How do I find a free criminal background check, absolutly free the full report?....There is this creepy guy that is scaring me a little and I want to know if he is a sex offender or anything.

Call you local Sheriffs Office or State Patrol and you can find out if he's a sex offender

I used that website http://www.echeck.pcti-system.com .. the one referenced by that detective guy. I found exactly what I was looking for. So much for Mr Right, or rather Mr Convicted Felon with 2 Liens against him totaling over 30,000$ and an ex-wife I never knew about!! Thank God I found out the truth before it was too late. We were almost engaged!!

There is a website for the USA that you can put an address and it will give you sex offenders in the area. I know that isn't what you really asked for, but you can at least try it.
