Do you think more people would suddenly become "upwardly mobile" if we stopped giving the poor handouts?

Instead of giving them money every month, what if we put them and their family into free welfare housing, gave them donated clothing, and delivered a case of MREs for food every week. I think a lot of these "I can't get a job" crybabies might look a little harder before they resign themselves to living on our tax dollars.

What happens if a will is found after an estate closes? Lets say an exhaustive search for a will turned up no will. Then - later on - after the proceeds of the estate have been distributed to next of kin (by state law, since there was no will found), a will is found and the people who have already received the money and closed the estate are not included?

Why are these the only issues in the popular politics? It seems people only care about these,,,,,,are not these basically insignificant compared to allowing corporations and the super wealthy to have too much power over the political arena...

My father just died, and his (second) wife has been less-than-forthcomeing regarding his will and his wishes. I know he had a will written, I'm fairly certain it was done with a lawyer. Is there anyway I can get a copy of his will? We are not sure what he wanted for regarding funeral/final services.

The trial was far from finished, and many questions regarding US involvement in Iraq since the eighties seem to remain "conveniently" unanswered.

Foolish Americans! You all think that the reason we're hated by radical Muslims is do to the war in Iraq. Or some of you may think that it's our support of Israel. Think again. Radical Islamic terrorism has been with us for decades. But until 9-11, it never hit America in such a catastprohic way. Here are many countries who are under attack by Islamic militants, who are not part of the coallition, nor are they supporters of Israel. India Phillipines Thailand Russia France , just to name a few. In India a Hindu temple was being built in a remote region. Wives and children of the carpenters boarded a train to go and see their men. When enroute to see their fathers-husbands, the train was ambushed and set on fire. Ninety innocent women and children were burned to death, because they were related to men who were building a Hindu temple. Christians in Lebanon were slaughtered in masses during the Lebanese civil war. Brought upon by Palestinian Yassar Arafat. Is any of this related to Iraq ?
