Going to the trial in the 'kangaroo' court like in Iraq yes indeed can be reflected as a travesty of justice!!
The new government of Iraq is influenced by USA and invasion of Iraq is against the Geneva Convention and not according to UN or International law at the 1st place.
For that reasons, yes your sister is a smart thinker!

Nah. You ever see the video when he took control of Iraq and had people pulled one by one from the room and executed? It is one of the most cold blooded acts I've ever seen. That was only the beginning.
Just because it is in our self interest to have him executed, does not guarantee it was also unjust.

getting an unfair trial is not right period....why did they even bother to bring him to court if there was no fair trial???? and what about presidents to send their men to attack for no reason? aren't they murderers as well???? he was definatly not an angel.....but why him and not the others? why not Pinochet for example?
