last night I received a very scary harrassing phone call from some man who said he wanted to sexually assault me and kill me, at first I thought it was a joke but he called back again. i locked myself in the bathroom and called the police. when the police got to my house they looked on my caller ID and saw that it was called from a cell phone. they told me unfortunately they could do nothing because they did not who was on the cell phone or where they were at. he called again today. i do not believe that you cannot trace a cell phone. if i called the white house from my cell phone and said i wanted to kill the president i am sure the FBI would be at my door within the hour. what can I do and what can the police do to find out and or trace this cell phone?

Supposing that statement was true and it was occuring in the United States with submissive women and children, in NewYork, Chicago, Las Vegas, Los Angeles and some other states where the underground is in full swing with illegal aliens and American Criminals, earning little or no money? Let's suppose they are being paid minimum wage or less; given just enough to pay rent, utilities etc..and their owners have keys to their residences. What would you do? Could you be next? They did such a show on "Shark" with James Woods and some Lawyers, that were threatened by the garment industry.

i am currently an Australian citizenship wanting to migrate to the US permanently. I have no relatives in the US but hope for employment.

Will getting citizenship be easy for me seeing as I have no relatives in the States?

What do i need to do to acquire US citizenship?

Simply what I am asking is do Americans have the right to bring corrupt actions of USA government to Court? Or in the 2000's do people believe the government can ignore laws, with immunity of the Saddam's of the USA?

Or in other words Are we less free if government is granting immunity to misapply laws?

We hear of insurgents, and Terrorist in Iraq. Is it the Average Iraqi that is creating the problems in Iraq?

Plus a lot of question about Saddams hanging, and asking if it will upset the Iraqi's, Do you think Iraqi's just look for a reason to scream Jihad Jihad, and run down the streets slapping each other, and throw bombs, rocks, so I ask you would something as simple as a comic strip make them go Jihad nuts?

what hypocrites this govt.are.they will not send criminal refugees back to their own countries because they MAY be persecuted or killed but as part of the coalition force they handed saddamm back to the iraqis knowing full well he would be executed.this man although a tyrant had to be silenced because he knew too much about us and the yanks involvement in the wars in the middle east and who is supplying weapons and technology to the warring factions.

I work as an advocte for many vets in obtaining their benefits for disasabilites, I have seen the VA investigations for claims go on for years with letters sent every 6 months or so stating that they are still investigating a claim, do we not owe those who put their lives on the line, the benefit of the doubt and a speedier process in which to make a decision?
