Simply what I am asking is do Americans have the right to bring corrupt actions of USA government to Court? Or in the 2000's do people believe the government can ignore laws, with immunity of the Saddam's of the USA?

Or in other words Are we less free if government is granting immunity to misapply laws?

Our country is no longer run by the people, but by large corporations. If apathy keeps people from voting, America is doomed and will go down like the many nations before.

America was given a chance to join the International Criminal Court where war crimes would be prosecuted. During the last weeks of his admin. Clinton signed the treaty to join the ICC, which would have meant war criminals could be tried in Europe.

Bush must have been afraid he would be the defendant so he rescinded Clinton's signature. It was a scandal! (He could have gotten imunity from them for signing)

We have little hope that anyone llike Kerry would reverse the revoking of the signature and join the ICC. That is why I support the candidacy of Clinton's wife Hillary for President. Some people didn't like Clinton, but remember his wife was the one that wote the medical insurance plan and was his guiding light. She ought to be recognized in her own right.

Yes. All Americans should follow the laws of the land. As it is now Bush breaks the law then asks Congress to change the laws to make his actions legal. Bush has also marked legislation passed by Congress as "this law does not apply to me". Bush and Cheney both want the Office of President to be above Congress and the Courts. That is a dictatorship.

Yes, that's one of the things that makes the US a great country. Clearly, just your right to vote allows you to choose the next President. Since air pollution and global warming is slowly killing us all, let's think about electing Al Gore for the next President of the United States. Forget the war for now and concentrate on the environment and energy solutions. If we don't, we won't be around to care about wars.

Saddam was hanged due to his crimes against humanity. I wish the trial of Bush be made in any country of South America for crimes against humanity in Afghanistan and Iraq.
Bush punished whole of Afghanistan people just to catch one man (Osama Bin Laden), Is it human. He punished whole of Iraqi people, just on the pretext of Chemical weapons. Is it human.
He has done all these deeds to explore and expand his oil business and profits at the stake of USA citizens.
