They have no right. I am so sick of them saying that it is in the Bible that one man and one woman only.
Sure, we live in a "Christian" society that promotes Christmas more than Chanukah, but isn't the motto of our founding fathers "Seperation of Church and State"? Didn't they try so hard to prevent exactly what is happening now? Forcing others to your will because YOUR religion says so?
Please tell me I am not the only one who thinks so . . .

There is all this talk and concern about the war in Iraq, be it civil or otherwise and how can we americans get the sunnis and shiites to reconcile their differences and form a united government with the kurds. YET, back here at the ranch, all is not well. there is a lot of discord and conflict between the various factions here. the right wing is splintering and attacking each other with ideas and criticisms and blame and they also hate the liberal lefties who they blame for everything . The left is very harsh in speaking of the executive and the right wing extremists. nobody is doing anything to cooperate or work together to have an america with the people united in opposition to terrorists, but each party plays its own political interests off against the needs of the people. a lot like iRAQ without the bombs . in each the nation is hamstrung and stymied and unable to do anything about any of its own problems while the factions compete for power. The last elections left me with a bit of a bitter sensation. I'm very glad the Democats beat the Repelicans by a large margin. But is America really happy? I think we need to reform our electoral system (not including the Electoral College in this one, sorry) but we need to be careful. Have you noticed that Iraq and Afghanistan electoral systems were created by a special commission? We worry too much about the rest of the world but not enough on ourselves, is that fair? We need and deserve a fairer electoral system that opens competition nationwide. Now, do you want to see us use a system like IRV, a system like party list PR or a mixed system? I think that IRV would be the cheap way for politicians to reform the system. PR or STV are far away dreams federally. I think I agree with a mixed system. And it could be a compromise choice. Listen to the voters!! If every state could put PR on the ballot as a measure and we all approve it, PR or STV will be used.

Do you think citizenship should be earned by all who live here? Example: Person A: Not born on US soil, no criminal background, hard worker who supports a family here in the US.
Person B: Born on US soil. Has no job (not due to a disability or otherwise acceptable circumstance) does not support a family, and is supported by the government. Who has more right to be here? Would implimenting this be eliminating certin rights? Would this be something for the US to concider?

I have so many reasons for hating this government. For ruining my life lately .. and for giving me a hard time getting a raise with our declining economy. Is it possible to stand up in court. Since 2001 ... i havent been able to save up much. and My friend who just graduated from college a year ago cant find a job. OUR money is being spent on illegals and Foreign WARS... Soldiers did their oath on protecting the U.S constitution, not spreading democracy on a global level. How do you guys justify a war like this? Not only its illegal but its being prosecuted to an extent that the only reason we are there is for one man's power and his ego. Democracy is not forcedupon people at gun point, its the result of forward thinking indivituals who take teh initiatives and risks to give their fellow country men a better way of life. These are only few things of what i can think of right now.
