Do you think citizenship should be earned by all who live here? Example: Person A: Not born on US soil, no criminal background, hard worker who supports a family here in the US.
Person B: Born on US soil. Has no job (not due to a disability or otherwise acceptable circumstance) does not support a family, and is supported by the government. Who has more right to be here? Would implimenting this be eliminating certin rights? Would this be something for the US to concider?

Lets change one word...Change Government to Parents.
Person A is hiding out and living on your parents farm. He has a family and is secretly working, farming, etc, but not a "real" criminal.
Person B is living off his parents and doesn't really have a job.
The parents die and person A comes out of hiding and claims they have more right to the farm because they are working and supporting a family and have been on the farm for 10 years; and person B is a loser that was just living off his parents, and his only right is that he was born to them.
Should person A get to petition the government and make them give him the farm, thus stealing it from person B. Should person B not have any rights to inherit what he was born into?
Illegal immigrants are criminals. They violated federal law and entered this country without a proper visa or passport. That's why we call them illegal! Its a crime, and they start their lives here as criminals.
In a way citizenship is earned. You inherit the citizenship your parents earned (we all legally immigrated here from somewhere) or you "earn" your citizenship by following the immigration laws, waiting in line, and then embracing US laws and way of life when your turn is called.

If person A is good and person B is bad is not the point!
The point is that person B is at home while person A is staying there illegally.
You must imagine that you own a house and lot and one day you come home from work and find an entire squatter family living in your back-yard! Who cares, if these people are good or bad? It is your land and they are staying there without your permission. In the whole world it would be your most natural right to demand, that these people must get out of your land! You even have the right to file charges against them for trespassing!
The same principle must also be applicable to a whole country. If somebody entered a country without permission of that country, the people of that country must also have the right to demand, that such illegal persons must get out of their country or else face charges for illegal entry (trespassing)!

Person B has the right to be here, not the illegal alien that you are speaking about in Person A. What does it take to get people to understand that illegal is ILLEGAL, no ifs', ands', or buts'. What about Person B bringing his family over here and they are using the benefits of US citizens illegally. They are supported by the government and he, Person A, has most likely stolen or is using a stolen/fictitious ID so that he can get by other laws that are in place to prevent illegal aliens from working here. So you have a family that is mooching off of our government instead of one who was born to be able to LEGALLY mooch off of our government. As for the lazy assed people in this country that don't want to work, I have a lot of suggestions for them but that is another issue. haha

Person B is granted American rights as soon as they are born. They cannot be taken away unless the United States shows that the prescence of this individual is threat to national security which would exceed detention.
Person A should not be supporting or working anywhere on US soil. Even though Person B sounds like a worthless human being, they are America's worthless human being and thus America should deal with them.
Besides, if Person A is such an asset to his/her community, wouldn't Mexico want them more since most people there are worthless.

Person "A" not born here, go through process set by laws. Hit the road.
Person "B" is obviously a Democrat, a minority, lazy, nothing more than a pain in the butt, insult to America, deadweight, protestor, agitator and yet a citizen. This is not what Dem. Pres. F. D. Roosevelt had in mind when he signed the program of 'welfare'. Pull their funds and let them starve like that woman in Florida who did NOTHING wrong to anyone and they killed/murdered her but the same morons will picket to save the life of a child molester/murder.
So I need to change my vote .......... boot them low life bastards out too. If they don't like it let them ***** from Iraq and see if things are going better there for them.

That's such a big can of worms they'd be opening up though. It's ripe with subjectivity. How do you compare and say one person is more deserving than another? By what criteria? The largest problem we have in fighting immigration is we just don't have the resources to combat it in most cases. We say we are going to build a wall but then - hey wait a minute - we don't have the money. ICE only has the resources to deport illegals that are serious criminals. What we really ought to do is bring our troops home from the middle east and employ them to secure the mexican border.

fact is these people come here and cant even speak the language. They act as if they are owed something by the US government. Alot of them will simply see how much welfare, Medicare and other stuff they can take off the US government. Come here , get a job, support yourself, and oh yea SPEAK ENGLISH!

This is a very good question with no real good answer , any Illegal alien any race should go Thur the proper Chanel's so they can be held reasponsable for there actions while they are here, and a way to track them if they go a foul ,I don't really know the correct way cause its all ready too late for that. take care
