The tenant in my flat in Bangalore is threatening to not quit.?

How do I get police help? I live in US so I cannot go to a police station and file police report. Is it even practical to seek police help? Is there any other agency which can help?

Is this a sign that things could get much worse in Iraq if we pull out prematurely?

The Saudis have announced they will fund the Sunnis if the United States pulls out. With the Iranians funding the Shiites this could signal a full scale civil war in Iraq. It also has the potential to inflame the entire region as divided loyalties create discourse between other states. To date the Saudis have remained somewhat nuetral in the conflict because of American involvement in the matter. Does anyone really believe that we can just abandon this conflict without creating an even more dangerous situation in the Middle East than what already exists? If so, please explain your reasoning.

Driving without insurance in UK?

This Sat night the cops followed me home and said that they had done a check on my car and said that it has no insurance, unfortunately this is true. They didn’t arrest me, but said that I would get a court summons in the post and probably a fine, the cope never gave me anything on the night, like a ticket or anything, was he supposed to?

Has this happened to you or anyone you know? Do you know what will happen to me as I am quite worried? I am female, 21yrs old, in the UK. What will they say in court and how long does it take to receive a court summons in the post? Please help.

What can Nigerians do to elect good and God-fearing leaders in 2007 polls? The country has visionless leaders?

The country is blessed with several resources, both natural and human capital. But the country, and most Afican countries has been saddled with bad, evil and visionless leaders since independence. More than 75% of the citizens living with less than $1.00 a day. Illeteracy, crime, squalor, dilapidated infrastructures, poor health delivery system, police brutality, corruption by elected representatives in high places, etc has combined together to reduce the life expentancy to an average of 45 years! What can African countries do, to ensure that they can elect leaders that will be 100% accountable to the people who elected them to power? People are getting killed daily from avoidable and minor diseases. Please help, let's stop this wave of backwardness in Africa in the 20th century.
