A friend's 14 year old was arrested over the weekend for residential burglary and because there was a gun in the car (scary thought, they were all young teens) he and the other boy in the front seat were charged with possession of a handgun as well.
Does anybody know what they normally do to teens in that situation?
He has no priors.

the bbc asked a lot of different people questions about what happend but i am sure that one person survived the crash . why didnt they ask him any question before they came to a conclusion? he must know more than anyone what happend. are the bbc trying to cover somthing up?

Do you think World War 3 will happen in your life time? Do you think it will happen in twenty years? If so if it does. Do you think it'll be much , much worse than any other wars , in history? I got a citation for Displayed Fictitious Number Plate in Colorado. (42-3-121 (1) (b).
I was driving my car that I had purchased from a lady that I work with. She left the tags on there and told me I could keep them. Now the care was registered, just not in my name. Is this correct? Should I have been charged with this? The officer took my plates at the scene, and I had to have my car towed. I got it registered today, in my name. I have to go to court because of this. If the charge is correct, what can happen to me when I go to court??
Is there any advice to lessen the charge, or fight it?
If there is anyone that might have advice for me, I'd greatly appreciate it! Thanks!!!

I'm aware you have to get a CCW but I'm just wondering are you suppose to also hide it or are you able to have it showing if you have your badge showing? basically does it still have to be concealed? Just wonder what the rules and regulations are if anyone knows any great websites would be helpful

A man, with his wife and his daughter go on vacation to a lodge in Lake Tahoe. They've wanted to see snow for a long time. On their vacation, their daughter gets pretty sick. So the wife sends her husband to go buy some medicine. He leaves and when he comes back his wife and daughter are dead. The police ask him what happened. He tells them that when he came back from buying medicine, the doors were locked and he didn't take his keys. He screamed for them to open him up but he got no answer. So he went to look through the window and it was fogged up, so he rubbed out the fog and saw his wife and daughter dead. So then he called the cops. When he told the cops what happened they immediately arrested him. How did they know he killed them?
