I'm looking for internet websites which help identify whether a foreign visa stamped on a passport by a travel agent is true or a fake one, as there are many scams going on I would like to learn on this as I'm a frequent traveller for my safety.

Travel agents do not stamp visas in passports. Only an embassy or consulate can stamp or attach a visa.
