What are you talking about?
Authentic Macedonia is a part of Greece and it certainly hasn't lost any territory!!!!
There is also a Slavic/Albanian republic of Macedonia (officially recognized by United Nations as FYROM) which is a small Balkan state and it is inhabited by Slav-Macedonians (of Bulgarian origin) who are 55% and Albanian-Macedonians who are the 40% of the population!
The government of Slavic/Albanian Macedonia has clearly stated that it has no relation with authentic Macedonia of Greece and they are against any chance of borders.
{Here are some official statements just to help you see which is the true situation!
On 22 January 1999, Ambassador of FYROM (Slav/Albanian-Macedonia) to USA, Ljubica Achevska gave a speech on the present situation in the Balkans. In answering questions at the end of her speech Mrs. Acevshka said: "We do not claim to be descendants of Alexander the Great … Greece is Macedonia’s second largest trading partner, and its number one investor. Instead of opting for war, we have chosen the mediation of the United Nations, with talks on the ambassadorial level under Mr. Vance and Mr. Nemitz." In reply to another question about the ethnic origin of the people of FYROM (Slavic/Albanian – Macedonia), Ambassador Achevska stated that "we are Slavs and we speak a Slav language”.
On 24 February 1999, in an interview at the Ottawa Citizen newspaper, Gyordan Veselinov, FYROM'S (Slavic/Albanian – Macedonia) Ambassador to Canada, admitted, "We are not related to the northern Greeks who produced leaders like Philip and Alexander the Great. We are a Slav people and our language is closely related to Bulgarian." He also commented, “There is some confusion about the identity of the people of my country".
Moreover, the Foreign Minister of the FYROM, Slobodan Casule, in an interview to Utrinski Vesnik of Skopje on December 29, 2001, said that he mentioned to the Foreign Minister of Bulgaria, Solomon Pasi, that they "belong to the same Slav people.”
And above all the first president of Slav/Albanian- Macedonia clearly stated: “We are Slavs who came to this area in the sixth century ... we are not descendants of the ancient Macedonians" (Foreign Information Service Daily Report, Eastern Europe, February 26, 1992, p. 35). Also, Mr Gligorov declared: "We are Macedonians but we are Slav Macedonians. That's who we are! We have no connection to Alexander the Greek and his Macedonia… Our ancestors came here in the 5th and 6th century" (Toronto Star, March 15, 1992).}
As you can see the modern Slavic/Albanian republic of Macedonia has nothing to do with authentic Macedonia of Greece.
Further more opinions like the above question can only be against the efforts of the government of Slavic/Albanian republic of Macedonia for stability.
(What would happen if the Albanian-Macedonians claim independence? What would happen if the Slav/Macedonians ask for unification with Bulgaria? What would happen if the few authentic Macedonians (Greeks) of FYROM request unification with mother Greece?)

As far as Greece is concerned Greece and Macedonia entered into an "interim agreement" in which the Republic of Macedonia agreed to remove any implied territorial claims to the greater Macedonia region from its constitution and to drop the Vergina Sun from its flag in 1994.

So far as Bulgaria is concened it does not appear to have any territorial aspect.It seems that Bulgaria has as many as 63000 Macedonian Slav population. They have been quite vocal for their integration with Macedonia. However, the Bulgarian government had offered citizenship rights to them and there has been quite rush among them to acquire Bulgarian colours. The issue has,therefore, lost the initial fervour and may die out in due course.

What are you talking about? Macedonia cannot convince Greece that it has the right to use the name Macedonia!

Make no mistake, Greece is the spoiled child of Europe. When you offer a hand, you are lucky to get away without your arm.

Besides, "taking away what is lost" sounds like a call for war to me. I wouldn't recommend it to any Balkanese. People need stability to go forward.

I will say NO !!!
Because; they already got away with calling they selves Macedons.
Do you know whom were the Macedons?
I suppose not ; because you wouldn't state such a stupid statement if you did.
Alas, "the cowards" my countrymen that call them selves Greeks, yet allowed you to use that name.
sick just sick
They even support "the memetides" to the EU, instead of getting back at least "Tin Poli',
No wonder we got punished with 400 years of the Turk on our throat.
Where were we, when the Byzantines needed us?

Edit;
