It is simple and like obtaining Visa for any other country for employment. You should get an appointment letter with the terms and conditions and send an invitation latter to the embassy or consulate concerned directly under copy to you and you have to contact the embassy or consulate in India with that. The employer in that country also should undertake for all the expenses you incur in that country.

From your side you should have a valid Passport with ECNR (Emigration check not required) stamp. Please check up at the embassy or consulate about the requirement of Insurance for your travel and if required you have to arrange.

On completion of the above you are ready to take off.
