Should the American people join together and protest any attempt, by any group to, change the way we celebrate Christmas? Do you consider this a Religous issue or is it all political?

NONE. The theory says that he pulled security. He did not. He was out in the fiscal year of 2000.
Just thought I'd put this out there for all the conspiracy theorists that might be hanging around.

Can a PO change the terms of probation set forth by a court in Massachusetts simply on a whim of her own? I am on probation for a DUI, have completed 14 of 24 months without any violations, and was ordered by the judge to see my PO once every 30 days, yet, due to a personality clash only, the PO has been yanking my chain by having me now appear before her every 2 or three weeks depending on her mood. It is a three hour round trip by bus and foot to visit her in another county and I have already lost out on one job opportunity due to her erratic and ever changing scheduling of our meetings. She's a PO from hell. Pure evil. Help! :(

With nearly 4 Soldiers being killed each day....
There are so many statistics on this site: We are losing 4 of our troops each day. That's approximately 120 a month.
And the number wounded - an average of 450 each month.

And now Bush is going to wait until January to unveil any "new plan", whatever the hell that means. My daughter has a couple of friends who have been deployed there already, and one that is scheduled to go in January. I hate that my kids have grown up through their teen years with so much war. It has definitely affected them and how they look at the world and their future. And I don't know how to make it stop.

I hope that you can help me find some information on electric/gas assist bicycles.
I have bought an AeroRider, and it should be here soon. An AeroRider is a velomobile with an 500W electric assist. It has lights and signals and of course pedals. Capable of speeds of 20 mph.
I will be adding a 49cc motor with a CVT transmission to further the distance that can be traveled at speeds of 20mph. - getting GREAT gas mileage.
Due to the great aerodynamics of the velomobile, under pedal power the speed traveled can exceed the capability of the electric motor and engine.
I have tried to read some of WI state laws covering bicycles and low speed electric bicycles. But, this is a unique case. I would like to ride in Milwaukee's Critical Mass rides, but I want to be informed and documented before I ride.
My problem is - what type of vehicle is it? Moped? A bicycle? A motor-bicycle?
What laws govern a bicycle that is electric, gas, pedal powered?
What about lic and registration?

I am aware of two cases in which it appears males are being railroaded out of their jobs when a woman who shares equal responsibility is not even being questioned.
In one case the male (GS-13) is being implicated by a woman (GS-12) for making a comments about sex. During the conversation she responded back with equal sex comments and at no time ever indicated she was disgusted with the conversation. The male was put on LWOP and is in danger of losing his job. Doesnt the woman share responsibility for responding?
The second example a female (GS-12) and a male (GS-11) have a sexual relationship and both are being accused of being absent from their work stations for extended times. They are both also guilty of misusing govt equipment. The man has been put on LWOP. The woman continues to work. It appears that males are considered guilty until proven innocent. Your thoughts are appreciated.

I got a call from a bank, I can't remember the name of the bank. I called them back and it sounded like I was directed to an office in another country, like the cell phones do. I could barely understand the lady. But it was about my tax return. I knew/assumed that all of my tax return was going towards what I owed the Department of Education for my college grant. Not all of it went. I had some money left over and the lady told me I had an uncashed return check. I found out that it was mailed to my previous address so I gave her all of my new information, she repeated it and then told me that they would send me a form to fill out and get it notarized and fax it back to them so they could reissue the check. It's been about 6 months now and I have seen no form or money. Has this ever happened to any of you? Do you think maybe it's fraudulent? I don't remember giving out secure information except for maybe the last four digits of my social. What do you guys think?
