I bought a house that they hid all the existing termite damage and they knew it but did not say anything.

Did you have a home inspection done before purchasing the house?
If so, and the inspector missed the damage, you might have legal recourse there.
I would assume that any decent house inspector would find major termite damage.
If you didn't have the house inspected, the previous owners will simply claim ignorance, and there is probably not much you can do.

U should of inspect before buying.
I think u are stuck with the house.
Anyway, there is no such law, buy as is.
U need to go to the Avon store and get some SSS and spray where any termite may be hiding, they hate the smell of this stuff, it will keep termites and flies away.
A good cockroach remedy is to buy a garlic clove , and put all around your house pinches in the house and it will draw all bugs away from your house forever.

Some states do others don't even then it depends on how the contract was writtern, consult a lawyer, you will have to sue.

There are laws concerning hidden defects and thats why you should consult an attorney in your area. Some of the answers here could cost you a lot in time and money.

if you have proof they knew about it prior to sale,
then you have to contact the real estate agent who listed it
the sellers
and a lawyer.
