how can l find a misdemeanor conviction on a person with the crime was committed?

I want to know someones back ground before I get involved with them. This is for my protection.

Go to the clerk of courts and ask for it.

A few states have the crimnial backgrounds online for free. Why are you only concerned about misdemeanors, I'd be more worried about felonies.

there are several sites you can goto, all of them you have to pay though... try knowx.com or intellious ( i spelled that one wrong)
