Start with his friends & his side of the family. Try googling his name or going to Yahoo Names. You may be able to find him that way or if he is under court order, talk to the child support enforcement agency about getting paper work filed to get the support order enforced. They may be able to supply his address if he is working because all they need is his social security number to find him in the federal database.
