No they are just there to make us think they actually care. Instead they all just end up looking like the new version of "The Three Stooges"

Ever since Bush declared he was the "decider", Rice and Cheney got a little bent out of shape once they realized he might actually do it...without checking with them first...

These are his advisers stupid. All presidents have them. They go where he goes. Get off his back, get out of tunnel vision, and you might be surprised what you can learn.
