There is no should, but since you want to win the debate, here are some reasons to get out, followed by a reason to stay, which I will then rebuff. This is all complete guesses:
Leave:
1. Iraq is a disaster - save our people from that disaster
2. Terrorism is directed towards aggressive states - don't be one
3. Its a gonner. Instead, we could save people from other non-US-backed juntas.
Stay:
1. We want the Iraqi people to have a state - a peaceful life, free from Saddam Husein, and we feel kind of obliged to help out.
Rebuttal: It's a disaster. It's warfare. Its not in the zone man.
All the best
PS what happens is not directed by should, as I'm sure you've noticed.

We should get out of Iraq because there is no longer a "vital national interest" for us to remain.
We invaded Iraq because we believed they posed a threat to us.
We promptly found out that they did not posess Weapons of Mass Destruction.
At that point, we should have left.
Had there been a real threat, the President is Constitutionally obligated to protect us from "all enemies, foreign or domestic"- which he affirms, under oath, when he is sworn into office.
So, if we had used nuclear weapons, conventional bombs, invading troops, etc. that would be moral ,ethical and Constitutional, to eliminate the threat.
But, there is NO threat from Iraq. We should have left long ago.
Instead, we have thousands of American men and women
being killed while building schools and infrastructure, and policing
a FORIEGN COUNTRY.
It is obscene to have American soldiers being killed for the benefit of another country.

From a Canadian stand.point even the fact the U.S went INTO Iraq made it into another Vietnam. The U.S has no business interfering in other countries affairs, Treaty of Westphalia anyone? They found no WMD's and if the U.S hadn't interfered with other countries in the first place there would be no Al-Quida. for them to root out...hell they made it. And no there will be no peace treaty. The government they have set up will be run by the oil companies eventually and then they will simply pull out allowing the country to descend into anarchy because that is the natural tendency of democracy

We should get out now because a majority of the American people are completely uninformed about the danger that radical Islam posses to the world and that majority needs to be pampered (until the day they need bandages and a medic).
We can't afford to let our newly elected democratic congress women and men loose face.
We have lost interest in protecting our national interests.
We want a dialog with dictators and despots.
We welcome Jihad, because we feel their pain.
I hope you can say all of that with a straight face.

I think the main point is that unless we make some major changes (adding more troops etc.) staying in Iraq isn't going to accomplish anything.

You are on the side of the people who may cause the deaths of millions.
I know how debate works. It's always a shame to be on the ignorant and evil side.
Just grit your teeth and lie. That's all you can do.
It's not your fault.

Uh - maybe because people are dying everyday.
Maybe because we went into the war due to NUCLEAR WEAPONS that were supposedly there by have NEVER been found.
Maybe because Bush has caused enough damage there to get back at Sadam Hussein who wasn't nice to his Daddy.
Maybe because war is just WRONG.
Maybe because if the U.S. with the strongest military in the world has barely made any headway in the whole time we've been there then we are never going to do it.

The longer we stay in Iraq the more troops that get killed, the more troops that get killed the more terrorists that form thinking we are becoming weaker, the more terrorists the more likely the U.S. and other major countries like Britain will be attacked.

Should not have gone to start with, (both USA and UK) too many of our brave boys and girls coming home in body bags, too many Iraq people being killed, the bad guys are not being caught.
