No, the constitution is designed to protect the minority so makikng it easier for the majority to change it to suit their interests is counter-productive.

NO!
It was made difficult so only the most needed & important changes could be made.
Most things can be handled by laws.
The constitution limits what laws can do. I don't want Congress to be able to pass anything that the constitution prohibits.
If it was easier, we'd be doing it every year.
What a pain would that be?

NO...because the original framers of the Constitution were aware that the government must be difficult to move in order that some fool not get us in a giant mess

I can't think of any reason for why it should be "easier."

The Constitution should not be easily amended because we need to be able to see clear, comprehensive, homogenously-spread-out consensus that we do want to amend it.

Absolutely not! If it were easy to change the supreme law of the land, the people would have no rights and we would be living in a dictatorship!
