I understand why they need the silly string. My question is why the hell does it need to be donated? Why isn't it supplied? It's simple and cheap. Why is there a need for a drive to donate supplies that the soldiers need to stay alive? That was my question.

For those who have been brainwashed into thinking that 30 million people enjoy poverty you are already to far gone .For those that think people on welfare are drug addicts and drunks living off the system again you are to far gone .
What happened to applying common sense in America and solving "our " yes our problems .
When a kid drops out of school has no job and then shoots you while stealing your car it is your problem too.
Almost Half of all students in America are dropping out . This alarms me and the fact that our society is doing little about it but lip service . We need to spend less time in front of the TV and more time talking with our kids and writing our representatives to do what is needed to fix this problem .

I'm starting to get really confused about the what's going on in Iraq. All I know is that most people are pretty nippy about Bush and are all hyped up about getting the soldiers out. But what's the goal we're trying to accomplish that's keeping us in Iraq? What was our original goal? What's been going on, and what's changed? Imagine that a century from now you're creating a chapter in a history text book about the Iraq War. What would you say?
