The real question is the items that you did not list in your question -- are you going to work there? Do you have Military Benefits? Is a relative going to be living in the Armed Forces Retirement home, what?

The answer is: It depends on your personal affiliation (are you Military Retired, Active Duty, Guard, Reserve or dependent), and your own personal budget (and what are you going to do for long-term housing).

After being in ths L.A. riots as a metalica wearing long haired whitey in compton, I realized the value of living within the proximity of federal and state resources.(and being armed) Thats the only thing that was protected. The national gaurd made a cicle around town center and let the city burn. The nation will be next.

It will happen again, wait till the fundementalist overtake the ghetto. Its on.
