Same war, different players? Religious wars last centuries and play out in many different forms and forums. Could we be over there in some sickening perversion of the world's most basic conflict: Jew versus Muslim.

I'm sure that plays some role in this current conflict....not the cause of course but certainly adding fuel to the fire(so to speak).

Didn't the Baker report just suggest we go back to that "peace process" for those two?
But can we?....how much control do we(US) really have over Israel or Palenstine?...and it was a rather isolated situation....now there is a growing Sunni/Shiite split...with the Shiites taking control of Iraq and possibly Lebanon...what's next for that region is anyones guess.

NO buddy.

Its actually the whites vs Muslim war the Jews are fighting.

Displaced from their homeland thousands of years ago, the Jews re-settled in various parts of Europe- were continually harassed, abused, ghettoed, crimed against & finally thrown back into a God forsaken stretch of deserts & marshes.

Surrounded on all sides by the enemy they were supposed to displace & carve a home-land from themselves. The same enemy which would otherwise have been givinng jitters to the white man.

Its to their utter credit that they made it Green, prosperous & habitable

If the argument that the Jews were aliens to Europe and needed to be thrown back is forwarded, what will be the fate of the millions of whites living in Americas, Australia, SAfrica, et al by the same logic? Arent they aliens to these lands?

Are you asking if this is a proxy war, with the US playing the part of Israel? There may be something to that, but keep in mind that Shia Muslims are killing Sunni Muslims (and vice versa) in Iraq, also.

could be. could be. One never knows. We are all aware of some of the things the Israelis are responsible for, which of course does not mean that other countries have not done their share of questionable acts either. However, Israel is in the region. Money buys jihadists and insurgents and other factional rejects.

I think it is just an excuse to get rid of all the infidels.
