My sister will turn 18 during her senior year. She'll have 6 months left of high school when she turns 18. My mom says she is no longer welcome to live there after that. Can she do this if she is still in high school?

I moved to a bad part of town here for college and am considering carrying a collapsible baton. Ialso regularly may carry around a 3" pocket knife for protection when walking around at night. However, I am concerned that the local police may pinch me for carrying a concealed weapon. Does carrying a baton or knife constitute a concealed weapon? Or rather, I should ask, what is the legality of carrying one of these objects?

I’ve been coming to this forum for a quit a while now, and I've noticed more and more Anti Illegals coming and voicing their opinions on the invaders. I've also noticed a lot of media on the subject lately in the Anti's favor. I feel that public opinion is shifting in our favor! Do you agree?

We lost a good military man here in Michigan. Killed two weeks ago in Iraq. The parents and family were crying. Why? They stated they were happy he served and proud and said their son died doing what he loved. So why the tears?

If you work for most police dept, they make you sign a contract for 36 months that says that you will pay back all your training expenses and salary if you leave before 36 months. Is it not illegal to have to pay back your salary?

My uncle gave me a laptop like two months ago, he bought it in Walmart [layaway] and today a police from my campus came to look for me in the middle of one of my classes and told me that there was a laptop, that was stolen, being used [for internet] under my name. He had a report with my laptop's serial number on it and had to take it away because Walmart was looking for it. My uncle is looking for the receipt. How come that can happen? Like, he bought it from there, why are they saying it was stolen??!!

I was a shootergirl, server, bartender then manager at various places in my city in canada.
This regular wierdo made a simple webpage about me with pictures he took of me at the bar and wrote "my story" (not accurately) and it makes want to kick his ***, i didnt even know he was doing it and want it gone!

"For the past four years, I have been watching Melissa work her way from shooter girl to nightclub manager. Sadly, conservative London never gave her a chance to grow beyond her abusive background and caused her more pain. Last Sunday she pack up her bags in search of a job in Toronto. Keep your eyes on this page as I write her story as far as I know."

like WTF, is he allowed to do that?
im gonna write an email to him, what should i say?

My parents live in the country in Oklahoma and have so since before I was born. There has been a bunch of people move behind them , but not on their property and they shoot their guns all of the time. My dad has PTSD and it has made my mom very tense because they are SOOOO loud. It even scares me. They tried talking to the neighbors, but they told them that is why they moved to the country was to shoot. They called the sheriff, but there is no laws for it.

My parents are going crazy and they shouldn't have to leave this place I've known as home all my life just because people like to shoot their guns 24/7... and the thing is, there is a rifle range around 4 miles away they could go to, but they don't care about anyone else. Please help!!

It ended in 1888, was ended by the british, the ending caused the death of many American who did not believe in it. It was started by Arabs. Yes the British tool part in it for over 300 years but that is because the British always do what the Arabs do then think about it later and object. Yes the British made money out of it but so what. Blair saying sorry is of no value to anybody at all. Its empty words. The Arabs should apologise, but they are still taking slaves from west Africa now and still killing blacks in Darfor so to them 1888 is still not arrived. Whats more, other blacks in other countries that could do something do not care a hoot.

this was a quote from another Yahoo Answers member. Is it really this easy immigrate to the US where illegals are beginning to think that they have rights? Doesn't "illegal" mean against the law? Is this quote correct? What is wrong with this picture?
