Red Ken is an out and out communist and has F????d up time and time again. We are paying congestion charges, he wants more money for the Olympics, he has taken over local Authority Land and planing decvelopement and is to tun the dome into a casino for the rich (note he is a como and not for the rich). He wants to humiliate the ordinary working class. You know those that actually work (dirty word to Ken) and his main aim is to employ European migrants over the English out of work population.
Why on eath would any one vote for such a *****.

England has at least 4 million surveillance cameras on the streets and now they are thinking about recording voices that get too loud. Don't you guys in England remember the book 1984???? That's what you are turning into. I hope the U.S. doesn't try this.

If you are separated from the father of your children, and you were never married, can you state in your will that you wish your children to go into the custody of the grandparents? Or does the father get automatic custody? Could he contest the will?

Did the US give WMDs to Afganistan.
And Afganistan gave them to Iraq
Iraq sent them to Iran.
Iran split them up and sent some to Korea, India and Pakistan.
And they sent some to Venezuela
And Venezuela passed them over to Israel
And Israel hid them in Palm Beach Florida?.

Their 'cause' was always unjustified and flawed for the last three hundred and odd years anyway. Why can't moronic bigots like Stone accept the fact that the IRA's eventual victory in the North was inevitable and leave the indigenous population to their rightful self determination? If the Unionists don't like it then why don't they go back to the West of Scotland where they were planted from by the rich British land owning gentry all those years ago?
32 counties and not 26-get over it you imbecile Stone-some say the devil is dead and buried in Killarney-not so sure these days.....................

the polititians claim that it's a gateway drug, but there is no evidence of this. first of all, something that is unprocessed and comes from the ground shouldn't even be considered a "drug". drugs have harmful synthetic manufactured chemicals and weed is natural. they should leave the peace-loving marijuana smokers alone and go after the violent crystal meth maniacs. Another thing that i don't get is that some people who commit murder get shorter sentences than people get for dealing marijuana!

Surely this should be of ordinary peoples as well, maybe the crime rate will go down then, and people who committed offences for the first time can then be caught more easily.

Impeachment is the process of bringing a federal officer (President, Vice President, federal judge, etc.) up on charges. It is not a conviction, or a removal from office. Only the U.S. House of Representatives has the power to impeach, and it only takes a simple majority. The U.S. Senate is where the trial is held, and it takes a 2/3 majority to convict and remove from office.

Since the Dems have enough votes in the House (once they take office in January) to impeach, but nowhere near enough votes in the Senate, how do you propose they go about removing Bush (and Cheney) from office? Or, in other words, how would you convince 16 Repubs to vote against their party and commit political suicide (It takes 67 votes, and the Dems only have 51)?

I have read a bit on the subject of Abortion and the ethics their of. My problem with understanding the issue is this:

I understand the entire argumant of woman who believe it is their own body and may therefore decide what to do with it. I sympathize with those woman; rape, financial problems, and complications during pregnancy make their argumant very strong, but....

When those woman have an abortion it is not neccesarily their own body they are protecting, but the body of another they are harming. Even if that body may only be a few cells it will in time become a full grown human being with the same basic human right (the right to live).

So the real question then is when do we ascribe those rights onto a child still being carried within its mother

I was watching "We Were Soldiers" and there was a scene when the Colonel's personal assistant (Sergeant Major) walked into a room prior to the Colonel and called a room full of lieutenants to attention. Is that just Hollywood or can that happen in the military? If so, under what conditions?
