England has at least 4 million surveillance cameras on the streets and now they are thinking about recording voices that get too loud. Don't you guys in England remember the book 1984???? That's what you are turning into. I hope the U.S. doesn't try this.

The English people have been conditioned by liberals to feel a collective guilt because of the alleged atrocities committed on their behalf while they were the greatest colonial power on earth. A symptom of this guilt is to blame themselves for everything and turn their wrath inward when faced with an enemy. Because of this, it is no coincidence that the English people are persecuting themselves at the same time the muslim enemies of civilization are murdering innocent people all around the world.
The peace the English seek will never be found by turning the lens of a camera inward. It will only be found when they regain the courage to turn the barrels of guns toward their real enemies like they did when they helped defeat Hitler.

Don't worry. Given the "can't be asked" attitude of the English, most of them would soon break down due to lack of proper maintenance and won't be functional. :-)
