Politics & Government - 25 November 2006

Last time I checked, America had a thing about Seperation between Church and State, right? Then why are our courts and government making laws that say that Marriage can only be a union between a man and a woman as is stated in the bible?

Didn't the founding fathers come to America, create America and govern America to escape the persecution that was so rampant in England? Yet here we are 200 years later, with a whole new set of persecutions. We've gone through several after all. The big ones of course being Slavery, Womens Rights, and Religion. If 2 people love each other, no matter what sex they may be, they should be entitled to the same horrible experiences marriage affords to the rest of us. They also should be allowed to experience the joy of divorce proceedings. They also should be allowed to enjoy the lack of sexual activity and emotional connection :) It shouldn't matter what is happening in bed, it should only matter that 2 people wish to be together forever.

The phrase " do the jobs that Americans don't wanna do." , is a myth. A lot of Americans will do these jobs, but will not for minimum wage. There is also some truth to the fact the employers would prefer not to hire Americans to do those types of jobs , just because they would need to be paid minimum wage, and they would also expect for the employer to take responsibility of some other topics, like accumulative trauma injuries, overtime, unemployment pay, ect.

Please help me A.S.A.P, I need to know what would be considered kidnapping. If your friends' parents were drunk, and you went and got her, would that be considered kidnapping? Could you be held responsible? Could the parents arrest you (for a felony) for taking their child when really you were helping her because they were drunk? What websites provide informatioon on this? United we stand divided we fall
All for one and one for all
Alone in their bunks as they sleep at night
Pray to god above that they'll be alright
Proud and true for our country they stand
Not knowing what is in store for them,but our country is in their hands.
Many are fallen heros that didnt make it through
But died trying fighting for the red white and blue.
Letters are sent to families and friends saying they love them for this might be the end.
To the ones still fighting through blood and tears
Strong and mighty soldiers with so many fears.
With courage and bravery you get out there and fight.
While were thousand miles away sleeping at night.

I think that the worlds governments are obsolete, since being designed after WWII to help the world keep out of a large conflict for at least a little while.
Lets face it the world is crumbling apart. We are losing in Iraq and this is showing that we are not invincible and that we can't just hide behind our reputation for ever we have to prove our selves and the time is now.
Iran is frightening similar to Germany during the 1930's. They want to start an empire that spans the world and they want to kill the Jews and us! Why are we just watching them build this war machine. We should stop these people before they are actually are a threat if they aren't now. If you aren't an american and you are reading this I know that you probably think that I'm a war monger like bush and that I'm the typical violent american. Well maybe but this is true but an issue that should concern all christians and all non-muslim people.
