It may sound good but in practice it gives birth to numerous auxiliary problems. Systems are similar in all the states so it hardly matters whether it is small or big. Moreover in these days of ICT everything and anything is possible under the tip of the fingers if administration is alert and active. Finally even if this demand is met, the number of demands would be increased from other states. In that regard all 602 districts need to be taken care of separately. But the present system, under which the district administration is empowered fully to operate and develop, is the final and the lasting choice. One should feel Indian not by slogans alone but by mood and might along with meaning and manners without fear and fight.
