Ever watch the movie called Aaina? Starring Juhi Chawla, Amrita Singh and Jacki Shroff. If not watch it, its the same situation but the sister did not die, she fxcked off to pursue an acting career.
A guy should not marry his dead wife's sister, that is fxcking stupid! Are they trying to keep it in the family or something ??? That is SICK and GROSS in my view. My advice would be to move on after the spouse has died, don't rush into marriage or a relationship, chill out and clear your mind. The right one will come sooner or later.
Conclusion = Whatever is meant to be will be. Have some faith in Fate people!!!

It's too ghostly. Hindu Marriage Act 1955 does not apply to ghosts.
