The Scottish regiments would become the Scottish army. But what would happen to Faselane Nuclear submarine base is the more important question as the SNP have a policy of total nuclear disarmament the subs would have to be based in England or Wales. I suppose some of the navy would be come Scottish as well as the RAF based in Scotland

Don't panic, this will not happen in our life time, teh SNP have too many fuds in it at the moment

The Armed Forces are being centralised as a devisive measure to put the Scots in their place hence the loss of the Regimental recruitment over hundreds of year that has been slapped down and the loss of Regimental identity to the local areas

Scots Guards
Royal Highland Fusiliers
Argyll & Sutherland Highlanders
Black Watch
Cameron Highlanders
Highland Light Infantry
Kings Own Scottish Borderers

Scotland would have to create it's own armed forces to prevent itself from being invaded by err errr someone but in fact as I understand it Scotland is the aggressor in that part of the world as it is set to take over England having seeded the governement with a full team of crack Scottish politicians who will use their power to ensure that Scotland becomes the dominant power in the EU for years to come.

A Scottish army would not be taking part in illegal wars but would instead be part of NATO operations.
Some of us work very hard every day to separate the ties that bind and slowly we are winning this.
It is for the general good of Scotland that the union comes to a natural end.
Maybe not for big business or England itself but for the good of all of the people of Scotland.
There are people here who cannot even spell 'independent'.
Their opinions do not count.
Such is the oafdom of englandshire and bloody little englanders.
