If they are here illegally, they should have NO rights other than to be treated in a humane manner when they are ushered out. They need to get the hell back where they came from, and if they wish to enter our country do so legally, just like thousands do every year. I have no sympathy for those who enter our country illegally. I welcome those who follow our laws and enter legally, no problem with those people at all. If someone has no compunction about entering our country illegally, what other types of illegal conduct are they going to display once here?

An illegal alien doesn't have the right to be here, however the bill of rights does apply to them. For example the police can't break into a home and search it without a warrant just because the person is illegal.

For people educated enough to accept that a boundary is unjust and that everyone should be treated as an equal on the planet and that by working to survive in America is not a crime but the right of everyone on earth if they so choose .
If you do not like what is happening then you are free to go else where but remember no matter where you go you are stuck with your own fear and prejudice against others .
Become an example of freedom by being open and accepting of others .
Boundaries not only keep people out but also keep people in .

I think they meant well but
1. this is out of context so i can't say they meant it the way it reads here and
2. everyone is privileged to basic Human Rights if they are legal or illegal
the thing is, where basic human rights are not impeded, they are NOT privileged to civil rights.... don't confuse this with immigration reform, that is an entirely separate conversation on a relevant issue.. this is just the law as it is.

Beyond human rights as we should all have everywhere I do not think by the mere term illegal that they have legal rights. Nor should they. If they come here without documentation they are breaking the law and if proven need to be sent back to where they come from and if they continue to come here they need to be put in jail.

That is a silly thing to say. They aren't in the country legally so of course they don't have rights here. Unfortunately, there are a lot of illegal immigrant sympathizers who think we should just let everyone come here and do whatever they want.

Ridiculous isn't it? Hey, I want to live in Vatican City. Only because they have a super low crime rate and I hear that the cookies they make for Vespers are really good. (?) Think they'll let me waltz in there and squat in someone's home?

this is the liberal agenda at its finest. if you dont agree just do what you want. who is the govt to tell you what to do. this society has gotten this ingrained in every aspect from the continual attack on values and morals. Its a sad day my friend.
