Is it really in the interest of American people to act as mass murderers for Israeli interests because they wanted this war, and also, can't nations use God-given resources like oil in co-operation with each other instead of this atrocious insanity? Please provide us with the rationale for this carnage that was brought on by deliberate lies.

Can someone who has had a past record or even a record join the police force. Someone who wants some guidance by changing their lives. Is this something that would be considered by the force?

We are doing too many things in this country to DIVIDE and not UNITE.
1. English should be the "Ofiicial" language.
United under 1 language
2. Affirmative Action - Divides
Let Every man and woman succeed or fail
based on performance, etc.
3. Politics Divides
We are getting more polarized on this and I
have no solution.
4. Religion should NOT divide but it does.
I think IF you really follow your faith you
would not HATE those of a different faith.
5. Class Warfare - divides
How many posts have I read about taxing
"rich" - that punishes success and that
divides. Everyone should work hard and be
proud of what they do.

I am the plaintiff in a course of action. I have filed several motions in court for a Preliminary Injunction. I filed the Preliminary Motion first, next, I filed a Brief in Support of the Motion, I then filed a Motion to Modify Brief, following which I was granted a hearing date and subsequently filed a Notice of Hearing. All of which were served on and received by the defendants. The defendants have not responded to any of these motions either positively or negatively.

What should be my other course of action? What happens if a defendant does not respond to the motions?

If the defendants fail to show up for court, what happens?

Can I automatically win the case or does this not have a bearing on the court's determination?

Thanks so much!

If they don't have papers or anything, how can they use our welfare? Are we really paying for their health care and education? If we are, then maybe we could solve the problem by making them show whatever required papers to use our system.

Does anyone else see the cries of many liberals as similar to that of people claiming to be abducted by aliens? Ready to read conspiracy into everything?

To me its like watching a crazy person on the other side of the road who thinks he's being attacked by killer bees. He's swatting viciously and desperately at the air... but there's just nothing there. I respect the fact that he must think he's in trouble, but I just don't think there's anything there.

The beneficiary of the estate is my husband. He inherited from his daughter and he was declared the sole beneficiary. His son told my husband that he could not be both beneficiary and executor, so my husband appointed the son as executor. The assets of the estate were deposited in a Merrill Lynch account in August 2005 and are under the name of the executor. My husband has no access to the assets, and only receives a quarterly amount alloted by the executor. The executor has not given the assets to the beneficiary because he was trying to force him to sign an irrevocable trust. There was no will or previous trusts dictating how the assets should be invested. My husband just wants to get total access to the money in the Merrill Lynch account as is his right. This is the reason why he wants to change the executor. But he wants to do this without causing any legal problems for the executor, even if he has misbehaved.
