I was a shootergirl, server, bartender then manager at various places in my city in canada.
This regular wierdo made a simple webpage about me with pictures he took of me at the bar and wrote "my story" (not accurately) and it makes want to kick his ***, i didnt even know he was doing it and want it gone!

"For the past four years, I have been watching Melissa work her way from shooter girl to nightclub manager. Sadly, conservative London never gave her a chance to grow beyond her abusive background and caused her more pain. Last Sunday she pack up her bags in search of a job in Toronto. Keep your eyes on this page as I write her story as far as I know."

like WTF, is he allowed to do that?
im gonna write an email to him, what should i say?

Get a lawyer to write him a letter--it should only cost $100-200. Issues to consider -- violating your right to privacy, right to publicity, and defamation. Demand that the website be taken down.
Also consider contacting his Internet Service Provider. They have obligations to take down illegal material (well, at least they do in the U.S.-- UK libel law is actually stricter than U.S. libel law, so U.K. ISPs may be even more willing to censor their subscribers' speech). Contact Google to report the violation of your rights to ensure that a cached version is not stored by Google.

If you're going to write him an e-mail first, I would suggest being polite but firm. State that you've never authorized this mini-biography, nor the pictures being taken in a private pub. State that the false statements are libelous and caused harm to your reputation, and that the other statements and pictures violate your privacy. State that in the interest of fairness and decency, you demand that he take down the website and destroy any electronic copies of your pictures, and that you request confirmation of such in 5 days, otherwise further legal action may be taken.

It works best if you have a lawyer draft this letter. It shows that you're serious , and will be artfully drafted to scare the bejeezsus out of him. Plus, you can handle it and don't have to be stressed.

You could probably find out who the domain was registered to and then take action from there. I don't think he's allowed to do this.

How creepy! I feel bad for you!!!

In your email tell him to take down his page or you will contact a lawyer, or tell him you already have maybe...

EW! I'd talk to a lawyer. I don't know the laws in Canada, but if that happened in the US, you could sue for lots of money - and most likely win.

contacting this individual directly may cause you more problems. I would consult a legal professional/law enforcement.
