I’ve been coming to this forum for a quit a while now, and I've noticed more and more Anti Illegals coming and voicing their opinions on the invaders. I've also noticed a lot of media on the subject lately in the Anti's favor. I feel that public opinion is shifting in our favor! Do you agree?

More talk about building a wall or just immigration in general..... yes it's getting more attention in the media. Therefore people are talking about it more. The solution is simple.... no papers, no services, no work, no way to cash a check and there will be no reason to come here. Require western union to show real ID when sending money home would get the ball rolling.

No, I actually feel it is going the other way, considering the nation just provided a pro-illegal President with a pro-illegal Congress.

Most reasonable people are against ILLEGAL immigration. Most reasonable people are ok with LEGAL immigration. Operative words being reasoanble people.

People who advocate ILLEGAL immigration or word spin to justify what those folks do are simply idiots.

Being against illegal immigration is not necessarily a value judgement on the those who do it. Most of those people are decent people trying to make a living and survive.

As more people get informed on the effects of illegal immigration, and are themselves impacted, they get upset with the inaction of our governement. When the problem is insignificant compared ot other issues, it won't get attention or people speaking out. When it becomes huge and we are deluged with illegals, people start to get P.O'ed.

The media is simply catching up with public sentiment.

Sometimes it seems... but not much.. I don't know where you live but I live in a state that is it's own melting pot.. we have mass amounts of citizens, legal immigrants, and illegal immigrants... I don't even think there is actually a minority in my state so it really doesn't seem like they are doing much in my state, but I heard about what they did in Texas, and I think everyone can learn from that.. and hopefully follow suit

Exactly Mendi, the loudest Anti's are getting suspended and coming back with new accounts. It doesnt matter though, nothing will change in anybody's favor anytime soon, no matter how loud anyone gets or how large the "teams" get. But if it helps you feel better keep telling yourself that.

We must not be looking at the same media because I see the same sentiment I have seen for the last couple of years. Come here legally or don't show up.

Just wondering...can't you ask questions that are NOT related to immigration? All this hatred gets annoying after a while...
