My computer broke on Sept 11 and I called Dell for technical support. I made 2 calls. First call I was transfered to technical support but I got disconnected. Second call I was told that my warrenty had expired. I found out 2 weeks later that that day was the last day of my warranty but I was still covered when I called. I called Dell asking for an explanation why I was denied and all I've gotten are nonsense answers. Some are even laughable. I need my computer fixed and I wanted what I was denied that day. How can I fight this?

I am looking to sue for around $3,500 - I just need someone to look at the literature to find out if there is a solid case. I would like to find someone around the area of Dayton, Ohio... or if someone could point me in the direction of HOW to find someone around Dayton so that I may contact them for free legal advice. This is not a worker's comp. suit, which I find that most free legal advice is for. There are a lot of dimensions to this possible case, so I would really like to get someone that knows what they are doing. Any help?

The Border Fence is NOT funded....we have had a lot of bait-and-switch by not only our congressmen but by President Bush....

The monies American's believe will be used to build the fence was defunded and will be used in other areas...

Can you believe that!

Apparently the Minutemen are the true Americans here and they are the ones....who care about preserving our soveriegnty!

Congress and Bush are pushing their NAFTA philosophy along with erasing the border to make a North American alliance....

I know a lot of emphasis is put into Israel being the home of the Jews but was it ever said that Israel was ALWAYS to be the home of the Jews.
Is Israel not just the historic home of the Jews who lived there thousands of years ago.
Why can't Judaism be a global religion instead of its followers being encouraged to live in solely Israel.
(I know only 25% of Jews live in Israel)

What (if anything) do you consider excessive military deployment? Is there a specific time frame to consider when considering deployments? If deployments are excessive, how should the excess be repaired-- bring back the draft? simply bring troops home? I don't know so I thought I'd ask all of you.

I have been accused of bullying, as I took photos of a boy without his consent....their has been a formal complaint by the parents, however my phone and all its contents have been confiscated, as teachers go through all my texts, call history, and pictures. I was wondering if they were technically obiding by the law, because surely it is theft, and invasion of privacy.....I have no idea of the law......so I was wondering if someone could inform of what rights I have......

Clearly the righties totally buy into this classic line. That’s why they trash the constitution and bill of rights. Only when, we as Americans, have no freedoms left to lose, will the repukelicans claim victory. For then they will truly have the freedom to pursue their fascist agenda of global domination. All those who oppose this, I strongly encourage you to vote before that freedom, too, is taken away. When the US Country was founded the idea was "Government by the people, for the people." Whatever happened to that concept? Anytime a scandal happens in one party the other just uses it to build itself up. Generally this seems to be done at the cost of those supposedly represented by these officials.

Neither party is better. I wish we had politicians that worried about how it affects the people and not "The Party".
