As a high mileage driver, it frustrates me to see so many people using phones on the motorway. I think it is only a £60 fine and no points, this is no deterrent at all. I have a little sympathy for people driving old cars as they may not have the funds for a hands free kit, but 90% of the people i see are usually driving expensive cars. (Mercs and BMW's being the worst culprits). If you can afford a BMW, the surely you can afford one of those little bluetooth ear-prawn thingys? Might it be a good idea to make the level of the fine proportional to the value of the car? How much do you think it should cost? I dont really care that these ignorant idiots are a danger to themselves (if they kill themselves in an RTA, then there are less people causing traffic jams), but i do care that they are a danger to me and other considerate road users

My lawyer has repeateately ignored the facts in my court case. During my motions hearing, he did not bring up a specific topic even thou it was crucial to my case. When I asked him why he did not he stated it was late, everybody was tired so I decided not to. I ask him when was my next motions hearing scheduled. He said "that was your hearing, there will be no more hearings".
He also let the deadline for entering motions on some newly received evidence, which clearly shows eveidence tampering in several photos. This evidence would of taken the Judge from the road of convition to one of myself as a victom in a case of police coverup because they spent a lot of money on an individuals information who wanted out of jail and lied to authorities in order to get released. The police must of decided they did not want to be embarassed for letting a convicted felon use them, costing the County a lot of money, and embarassing themselves because of poor investigation. Really no investigation.

who should be blamed for starting the conflict? Is it israel or palestine? This is because, according to history, the land of israel doesn't belong to them, it was part of palestine. So doesn't does the palestine have the right to fight back for its land and regain what is rightly belong to them/

I'm interested to know if there is some place online that honors the American soldiers who have died in Iraq since the war began. I am also interested in similar sites honoring those who have died from other countries, including Iraq. I have searched briefly, but so far I haven't found what I am looking for. Do you know if this information is available and, if so, where I might find it? Thank you to all Y!Answerers.

that although you should be anti-war, you shouldn't be anti-weapon. because no matter what, criminals and communists will get guns. this is my viewpoint. Bush! take away the war, not our weapon rights!!!

To be unhappy about the decline and disappearance of your own race?

Whenever someone says something about whites disappearing from Europe, someone always criticizes those sentiments as racist. Why is it racist? Is the only proper, politically correct thing to do is to shuffle off obediently into oblivion without objection?

My wife and I are currently seperated due to a false domestic violence suit filed against me. I'm confident that I will have the charges dropped but after the criminal case is over I would like a divorce in which I obtain joint custody with the children living with me. I currently feel that it is the most realistic expectation. My wife had spent a majority of time with the children because she was not working. She had moved from job to job throughout the entire time she was down here. She is also not native to Florida and is not capable of supporting the children financially. She is not a drug addict or alcoholic, but she is irresponsible. I can provide a better environment for the children to live in but what are the chances of me recieving joint custody in a contested despute?

In the age of femi-nazism disguised as women's equality women tend to write their own laws but this one seems to go over the top. I know a man in jail for felony non-support in missouri as a result of impregnating a woman when SHE raped HIM. At what point are the women gonna stop pouting about the injustices of centuries past and start seeking equality instead of superiority? Is this not an indication of Femi-nazism going over the top?
