In the age of femi-nazism disguised as women's equality women tend to write their own laws but this one seems to go over the top. I know a man in jail for felony non-support in missouri as a result of impregnating a woman when SHE raped HIM. At what point are the women gonna stop pouting about the injustices of centuries past and start seeking equality instead of superiority? Is this not an indication of Femi-nazism going over the top?

If he did not prosecute the woman after the "rape" then he is screwed.
He has no proof that the sex was non-consensual and so, it is legally his baby and his financial duty.
You are so right on the equality thing. It floors me that a woman can lie about being protected, become pregnant, then sue for 18 years of child support. Not to mention, our divorce laws that state a man gets to pay spousal support, even if the wife is degreed (paid for by ex hubby) and has the ability to get off her butt and get a better paying job, but CHOOSES to be underemployed so the hubby has to support her.
If I had less self-respect, I could have screwed over my former husbands, but I chose to stand on my own two feet. Stupid, aren't I?

Never heard of a man being raped by a woman before,heard of many men making mistakes and regretting it but even if passed out usually wake up doing the deed.If the child is his i suppose so seeing as heaps of guys get trapped so is pretty similar its not the kids fault he never asked to come into the world and child support is that child support not for the mother if mothers a ***** go for custody

All is OK but in your said story who were the witnesses as to whether the woman went atop or the man was pulled atop and thereafter how did the woman manage to complete the other formalities of rape and got impregnated, whether it was the result of once of regular rapes?? Then only one can come to conclusion weather it was a rape or consented enjoyment.

I have an idea here that the woman involved wouldn't know a feminazi from a potholder. But to assume your story had validity,
if he was drunk and passed out, am I also to assume she threw him over her shoulder, tossed him in her car, then got him home and undressed him and had her way with him? Strong woman there. And she would have to be if there was force involved. I assume he also went to the hospital to show his bruses and called the police to arrest her. Or did he just wake up the next day and say to himself, I'd never sleep with someone that ugly and say 'rape'? Or did he decide he was raped when he found out she was pregnant? If he doesn't remember what happened, why assume he didn't want it in the first place? Thats exactly what they say when its a woman involved. The only thing that is really sure here is that there is a baby, his and hers, and the innocent shouldn't pay for the sins of the parents.

As a Missouri resident who did not get a dime in child support for 17 years, it's amazing that the prosecuter actually charged him with criminal non-support. For my county prosecuter did not do anything. Anyway, It is impossible to prove..His word against hers. I do think it (the rape) is possible, but unless the guy went to the police after the incident to report rape, I doubt he has a chance in hell to get out of paying support. If a guy were to rape a girl, serve his time and get out of prison, and let's say the mom became a meth-head and the rapist wanted custody of his child, he could get it and she would have to pay for that child even though she was the one that was raped. I know, the laws suck. I think that people should support their children regardless of how they got them, but there should be a voucher system. Forget about giving people cash, they should show that they used the money to pay for their food, clothes, etc. Realistically, If I were the guy, I would move as close as possible to her, butt into her life, and demand to participate daily in raising his kid. Maybe then she would try to get him to give up his rights if he irritates her enough. I don't quite know what else to say, but make her life hell...not the kids. Or better yet, act like you care for her, marry her, dig up dirt on her, then divorce her and try to get custody of the kid.

Well it comes with a Few questions, did he file charges, was she found guilty, If he didn't do either then yes by law he is liable sucks but it's the law, he could try to get custody or fight to have his parental rights revoked.

My cousin's friend's brother's girlfriend's uncle had a similar experience. This dude headbutted a baseball bat, that my cousin's friend's brother's girlfriend's brother's uncle was holding, three times. The dude needed like 80 stitches and surgeries to fix all the broken bones, and they took the victim to jail.
