The question has no answer for most of us.
I read a lot but I don't even know the name Kalam (and I bet 98% of US doesn't). As for Putin there is very little good in the press here but I have no idea what Russians think. As for George I could say a lot but why waste my time.

You cannot do such a camparison as Dr. APJ is a scientist and educationalist. Putin is an Air Force Pilot. GWB is a drunakard.
Dr. APJ don't use alchohal and is a vegitarian. Putin uses the both and GWB abuses everything! GWB is crude - Dr. APJ & Putin are soft & kind. People who met Dr. APJ & Putin come out with a smile from their room but you can't think of the condition of those who came out of GWB's place.
But one common factor is the same in all, all these leaders are facing severe threat to their nation from "Islamic insurgency and terrorism!

It is not an 'equal' race, so it's difficult to compare and adjudge who is best! Dr Kalam, a great person as he is, does not have half as much pressure on him as George Bush, in terms of public scrutiny and opinions and surveys: same goes for Putin! So, vote, if one must, for Bush!

Either Bush or Kalam. I don't know enough of Kalam to really judge, but India is a great country!
Putin...oh, don't even get me started with that guy! I wouldn't trust him any further than I could throw him!
