I know a lot of emphasis is put into Israel being the home of the Jews but was it ever said that Israel was ALWAYS to be the home of the Jews.
Is Israel not just the historic home of the Jews who lived there thousands of years ago.
Why can't Judaism be a global religion instead of its followers being encouraged to live in solely Israel.
(I know only 25% of Jews live in Israel)

From Biblical times to the present, Jews have been forced to flee from their homeland, whatever it may be geographically. Look back to the days of Moses, when they had to make an exodus from Egypt. Then follow history through the start of the 20th century when Jews emigrated to the United States to escape the Russian Revolution, and then during World War II, when they were ousted from their countries by the Nazi regime. Keep going as recently as the summer of 2005, when they were forced out of the Gaza Strip. And now, their homeland of Israel is being threatened by other Middle East countries. Jews have always been driven out of their home, no matter where it is. They were being led to the "Promised Land" back in Biblical times, but thus far, their peaceful existence even in Israel is at risk. Israel is a Jewish state, and as such it only makes sense that Jews should be able to live there. But what may have been intended back in time, does not necessarily apply in today's society.

actually yes, yes it dose

Exodus 32:13
Remember your servants Abraham, Isaac and Israel, to whom you swore by your own self: 'I will make your descendants as numerous as the stars in the sky and I will give your descendants all this land I promised them, and it will be their inheritance forever.' "

Joshua 14:9
So on that day Moses swore to me, 'The land on which your feet have walked will be your inheritance and that of your children forever, because you have followed the LORD my God wholeheartedly.'

Judaism is connected 100% to the Land of Israel and Jerusalem. Even when Jews did not live in the land for thousands of years they directed their prayer and hearts in the direction of Jerusalem.

a person still can be Jewish and live outside Israel but every Jew must know that where ever they live Israel will always be their home.

Yes it does. Read Exodus. And the Jews referred to in the Bible are a race of people, not the followers of a religion.

I don't follow any religion but recently began reading the Tanakh(old testament) to see what it says from my current neutral view. In Genesis G-d tells Abraham to move from Iraq to what is now Israel. all throughout Gensis G-d tells Abraham, Isaac and Jacob(that's as far as I got right now) that the land is theres and that there decedents will live off it.

I believe the real home of those bastard Jews is extermination camps of the Nazis. I wish they all were dead there. I think the Jews must be encouraged, if not that, then forced to live out of this world. This will make the world peaceful forever. All Jews must die in extermination camps. I wished the Nazis were here to f**k them all to death.
