Well...As I expected..No one is able to answer your question. Just like every other American, they only know that if you don't pay, you go to jail.
What ******* they are. No wonder why they are so easy to manipulate.
It is true. There is no law that requires the average person to pay income tax to the government. It would be unconstitutional if the government did this. The 16th amendment didn't give the government power to collect taxes from wages either! In fact the US Supreme Court has consistently ruled that the 16th amendment gave the government no new taxing powers beyond what was already being taxed !!!
If you Americans were smart, you would see yourselves as NON-TAXPAYERS. I know I am, for I never confessed to the government that I am a taxpayer under their jurisdiction by giving up my 5th amendment right and filing a 1040 in fear of them. Like the rest of you ******* did.

O.K. call this number 1-800-USA-INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE & tell them you will not be paying taxes because there isn't a law an American citizen must do so. I must ask, have you ever: driven on the roads where you live? gone to the public library? dialled 911? voted? sent kids to public school?
I could go on but I think you get the picture. Taxes are necessary.

You know who else said that?
Al Capone.
He died in prison after being convicted of Income Tax Evasion.
Good luck with that.
