We're interested using phone records (which we'd have to pay for online, about $30) to use in a business complaint to register with the states Attorney General or possibly a small claims case. The $30 we believe is worth it for our case. We only want the times a business called us (our phone company says they can only trace these after a complaint) The sites that offer this, of course claim to be legal, public records, etc and the research Ive done appears to support this, but admit its sketchy. (thats why Im looking for opinions here) Any thoughts on how this might be viewed by a small claims court judge or AG. Like I said, we only want to know when our number was called since would not be using the legal resources for example of a supeona.

Your children will be paying it. Iraq alone costs us -- beside American and iraqi lives -- two billion dollars a month, or is that a week? Maybe it's before breakfast. For one, I'm delighted that the Republican Party stands for fiscal responsibility and small government. And if you're of age and don't vote, you shouldn't bother voicing an opinion.

Instead of actually balancing the budget or paying for this war or for anything else, this administration builds up debt. Most of this debt is to China. So what is better: paying now or owing forever? How is that conservative, by the way?

I went to a club one night. I met a girl who just turned 18 (it was her birthday). She apparently waited outside the club until midnight and went in after it was her B-day. I took her to my place and we had sex. Apparently she had “after sex remorse” and claimed rape. Her parents are claiming I raped her too because their daughter is “too precious and innocent” to do anything like that and I MUST have raped her.

Here is where I am getting scared. She was born in the evening time on the day of her birth. The parents got a lawyer and check this out… he is arguing that she wasn’t technically 18 when we had sex. She was at 17 hours shy of being 18 years old. At first I thought this wouldn’t fly, but the District Attorney says they have a case. They are trying to get me for statutory rape and have me registered as a sex offender for the rest of my life. I am only 25 and am facing 25 years in prison for raping an underage girl.

Much media reports of late are about the number of fatalities of civilians being over 650,000, and being attributed, (or assumed upon reading media reports) down to the war on terrorism conflict....

Can someone tell me what is the NORMAL death rate PRIOR to the invasion of U.S and NATO troops?

Can someone offer me a "pie-chart" or a graph detailing - Natural causes ie age, or infant mortality, traffic accidents; death at the hands of thier own people (ie suicide bombers and insurgents); death due to "enemy fire".?

Many thanks

Are their any other employee's who treat their paymasters with such contempt as the 600plus M.Ps. Given the millions they claim in salarys and expenses/junkets/freebees, one would think they could treat the tax payers with more honesty, courtesy and respect. Has any serving M.P got the guts to reply ?????????

I know a lot of emphasis is put into Israel being the home of the Jews but was it ever said that Israel was ALWAYS to be the home of the Jews.
Is Israel not just the historic home of the Jews who lived there thousands of years ago.
Why can't Judaism be a global religion instead of its followers being encouraged to live in solely Israel.
(I know only 25% of Jews live in Israel)

Will America be drowned in a sea of Political Correctness, where if you say midget, you get shot because that's not what you should call them?

In time of war, no member of the US military will pay income tax. The burden from these citizens will be distributed among the remaining citizens of the US by way of a tax increase. The net tax will remain the same, it will just cost each non-service American more. In other words, you can support our troops and our wars with your pocketbooks, instead of with a little magnetic ribbon.
What d'ya think?

Why do Americans feel the constant need to aid and assist foreign countries when we have the exact same problems on our own soil? For instance: I just read about Brad Pitt joining this alliance to go build homes in India for the poor...WE HAVE MILLIONS OF HOMELESS HERE!!! I just get so damn fed up with the way people think here. My motto is take care of your own first and then hand out what's left over, but that doesn't seem to be the way anyone else thinks. Am I crazy? And don't get me started with Iraq...

I got one of those "gotcha" tickets in the mail for pressing a stale yellow. I just paid it through the mail on time. Does this count as a "conviction" or is a conviction considered something a little bigger than a speeding or red light ticket.

they've failed EVERYTIME. That's so good, it belongs in the history books as a GREAT ACHIEVEMENT.... Like him or not . .. . There's no denying the truth.. .. . .Sure. . they'll succeed eventually. And it will likely be catastrophic . .. .But can't we give THANKS for what we have been blessed with? That's my only question. No partisanship. No dirty libs or dirty neo-cons. Just be grateful. What say you?
