Anybody notice how useless Barrack Obama is? He never answers a question, he just answer the question by saying how important the subject is. What a politician, when will he go away or when will his balls drop?

School bans tag, other chase games

ATTLEBORO, Massachusetts (AP) -- Tag, you're out!

Officials at an elementary school south of Boston have banned kids from playing tag, touch football and any other unsupervised chase game during recess for fear they'll get hurt and hold the school liable.

Recess is "a time when accidents can happen," said Willett Elementary School Principal Gaylene Heppe, who approved the ban.

While there is no districtwide ban on contact sports during recess, local rules have been cropping up. Several school administrators around Attleboro, a city of about 45,000 residents, took aim at dodgeball a few years ago, saying it was exclusionary and dangerous. (Watch how second-grader Kelsey interpreted the rule -- 1:30)

Elementary schools in Cheyenne, Wyoming, and Spokane, Washington, also recently banned tag during recess. A suburban Charleston, South Carolina, school outlawed all unsupervised contact sports.

"I think that it's unfortunate that kids' lives are micromanaged and there are social skills they'll never develop on their own," said Debbie Laferriere, who has two children at Willett, about 40 miles south of Boston. "Playing tag is just part of being a kid."

Another Willett parent, Celeste D'Elia, said her son feels safer because of the rule. "I've witnessed enough near collisions," she said. http://www.cnn.com/2006/US/10/18/no.tag.ap/index.html

We all know that Michael Moore is backing it and paying Cindy Shehan's salary to be their poster mom and protective shield(Because noone is willing to be accused of arguing with a greiving mother). Well, I just found out that JOHN KERRY is helping Michael Moore with this project. They are going out to grave sites of dead Iraqi soldiers and take advantage of their grieving relatives in their most vulnerable moment, and convincing them to join a giant war protest movement designed to get a Democratic president elected in2008. Hmm, I do believe Kerry himself is planning to run for president. How convenient, nes pas?

This is so digusting and so sad that their are people that for political gain would jeopardise the safety of every American in such a dispicable way. All of these antics by the Dems should cause them to lose big time in the end!

i got fired today, my first job ever, i worked there 6 months now, the thing im inquiring about is that when i was working with them they set guidelines to me that were not kept on their end and ended up in me getting terminated due to this....see i missed x amount of days, they told me i could miss alot more than x amount of days before i'd have to worry about any recourse whatsoever a strait quote from them, yet this morning i show up after a day i called in, and im "terminated" no further explination given, wtf? i feel cheated, and i dont hate these people even if it is just gone but i mean, wtf... if i ever thought for a second i'd lose it for calling i wouldnt have, i feel like i was lied to, and then just pushed out the door, should i look into calling a lawyer? its not a union job just fyi...if that matters, i have no clue on this kinda thing, it was my first job and i actually SORTA needed it, but not really i guess *sigh* just feels wrong, they tell me this, and then do that!

Well, my school bus case finally went to court, and I was convicted. I will stand by the fact that I didn't do it. Not because I want to fight it anymore but simply because it is the truth, and has ruined my good name. Will I be able to get a job with this on my record? It is a class 2 misdemenor. I have a job at the moment, I work 40 hrs a week at a diner. However I also go to school full time so that I don't have to work at this diner forever.

Other than this, my record (criminal and driving) is clear. I did have a wreck, but the case was dismissed, and no charges pressed.

Help please, cause I pretty much want to die.
