First off, I am not a Mexican.

But, what does this have to do with anything?

Are you talking about immigrants?

Are you saying they should have college as a goal?

So. Alot of Americans who have lived here all their lives don't have college educations, but they still function.

What's your point?

I'm not Mexican but my honey is. He is not here but I can tell you what he is doing. He is a foreman for a painting company. They paint all these like 5-10 million dollar homes. He is going to college right now to speak VERY GOOD english. He speaks godd english, but wants to be perfect. He starts in January getting his business degree. He hopes to own his own company one day. His boss is a white guy, who loves him. His boss has no kids so he hopes one day my honey will take over his business. There are like 20 painters that work with him.

Also: Good for you Alfonso!!! You sound like a hard working man!!!

They do have college degrees , there are colleges in Mexico. Every one tries to paint it like a 3rd world counrty but its NOT. You can make $$$$ in Mexico , you just can't make as MUCH money as you can make per hour in the United States. Their career goal is much like any one else's make engouh $$$$ to make your ends meet. That is hard to do any where.
