I've been studying up about this in school and it seems to me that post-WWII the U.N. decided to give the Jewish people their "Promised Land" and took part of Palestine and created Israel. Understandably, the Palestinians were upset and so, along with other Arab nations, attacked Israel it's first day as an official country. Israel fought back, and thanks to the USA's help when it came to their military, they were able to not only keep their land, but they expanded and took the majority of Palestine.

Am I understanding this correctly? What's it your opinion about this? How should the US be involved? And please, be sincere about it.

is it permissable to turn a blind eye when a police officer uses excessive speed in his patrol car even although he is on a routine patrol and no need to speed or no blue lights. we would loose our licence if caught speeding so why are the police allowed to speed in a 30 mph zone when on patrol

Socialism is not only ineffective, but it is immorale. The reason countries like Sweden can afford to be socialist is that they know big brothers like America will keep them from getting wedgies and their milk money stolen. Isn't the phrase "To those who need from those who can" the big socialist motto? Well if I can, what does that have to do with you needing. Find a way to get it for yourself. It is the same concept as me living next to a rich guy with a mansion. He has a Ferrari. He can have it. I think I need it. Shouldn't I be able to go drive it around? Oh wait...thats the same as stealing, which is what socialism it. If you can not find a way to make a good life for yourself...your problem not mine. Maybe you should have put down the joint in high school and payed attention.

Here's an off-the-wall theory.

Elminate the corporate tax on any company whose highest-paid employee has a total compensation that is no greater than 50 times that of the lowest-paid employee.

If the boss wants to make a million a year, everyone has to make at least 20k. If he gets 2 million, then everyone else gets at least 40K.

Would companies do this voluntarily in order to avoid corporate taxes?

Police officers that stop someone with probable cause during a routine stop and searching the car and finding out that this person has weapons but you don't have a search warrant to actually seize them but you do anyways and later use them in court as evidence illegally.

this question is to try and clarify the constitution of the uk as the scottish constitution states that no police officer can demand that anyone accompanies him or her to a police station unless they are placed under arrest. also, when you are placed under arrest does the police have the liberty to fail to read you your rights. I would have thought that your civil rights were violated if any police officer failed to read you your rights and still use excessive force to handcuff you and detain you.

thanks , any feed back will be most welcome
