Its production capacity is estimated at as much as 1000 tons a year, with major production facilities located at Damghan, 300 kms east of Tehran. Other facilities are located at Esfahan, Parchin and Qazvin.
The Iranian chemical weapons production program dates to early in the Iran-Iraq war. Iran used chemical agents to respond to Iraqi chemical attacks on several occasions during that war. Since the early 1990s, it has put a high priority on its chemical weapons program because of its inability to respond in kind to Iraqs chemical attacks and the discovery of substantial Iraqi efforts with advanced agents, such as the highly persistent nerve agent VX.

Irans biological warfare program is now believed to generally be in the advanced research and development phase. Iran has qualified, highly trained scientists and considerable expertise with pharmaceuticals. It also possesses the commercial and military infrastructure needed to produce basic biological warfare agents and may have produced pilot quantities of usable agent. Iran is judged to be able to support an independent BW program with little foreign assistance (although some foreign BW expertise, especially from Russia, is flowing to Iran). It is reported that the country has collocated a BW lab near its CW production facilities at Damghan. The Iranians have considerable expertise with pharmaceuticals, as well as the commercial and military infrastructure needed to produce basic biological warfare agents. Iran also can make some of the hardware needed to manufacture agents.
Irans military forces may be able to deliver biological agents effectivel

Nor has he been a perfect President. He is a good man and he has been the best President under the circumstances that have arisen during his Presidency.

He is a man who sincerely cares about the wellbeing of the American public. He takes every imaginable path to keep our country safe. He does not allow criticism to influence doing what is necessary in regards to the War on Terror.

Contrary to what the opposing political party would have people believe, our economy is as strong as it has ever been. The Stock Market is breaking records on a regular basis. Unemployment is very low, 4.6%. Think about that. It means that 95.6% of the available workforce is employed! Over 6 million new jobs have been created over the past 5 years. More Americans own their own homes than at any other time in history.

There has never been a time in history that I know of that a sitting President has had to deal with more ridicule and condemnation from inside his own borders.

to be continued..

If I have unpaid parking tickets and minor traffic tickets that have already turned into warrants and I go to the courthouse to try to make a payment plan, can I be arrested? These tickets are all over one year old and I have never went to court for them.

I have two fines for driving without a liscence. one for parking in a handicap spot. and one for having a head lamp out. The rest are parking tickets, about $500-$550 worth.

This is a serious question please only answer with serious answers.
are we too lenient with Peodophiles in the UK should the Laws be tightened and the sentences be stronger i was involved with child protection for about twenty years and saw the darkest side of what these people Men AND Women can stoop to, yet they are not punished anymore that they were years ago society seems to accept it happens deal with it and move on try telling that to a child if these people need treatment make sure they accept it if they need locking up make sure it's until they no longer pose a threat whenever that could be. or does the public have any other ideas on how we stop them.

is it inherently a political problem? How have racial issues and politics changed in America?

I have believed since I was young, and heard time and time again, that as Americans it is our right and our DUTY to speak up when we believe that wrong has been done, no matter by whom, the President, or anyone else.
Is that your stand?
Or should the President be able to govern without being questioned?
Every President in my lifetime and in history has been questioned very harshly. Lincoln was drawn as an ape in political cartoons. Nixon was drawn crawling out of a sewer. Clinton was called a pimp.
For his whole first term, W received little critsism.
So...to question or not?

How come weeks before 911, silverstein and associates purchased the towers and took out huge insurance policies with specific terrorism clauses? Why would The 911 commission report say that following the money trail of the terrorists is unimportant. Why did they fail to mention the core columns in the towers or fail to even mention wtc7? Do you know what the New World Order is? Do you know the Council of Foreign relatioins?

It would seem logical that if Bill Clinton could be subject to impeachment for an alleged deception over a minor consensual sexual affair, George W. Bush should be subject to the same treatment for launching a deadly and seemingly endless war based on lies, distortions and deceptions.

If that doesn't qualify as a "high crime" I don't think anything does.

see this interview with James Bamford (the guy who wrote the book on the NSA) for more details:

Have you conciderd the Revolutionary Party?
To achieve socialism, the most militant workers must be organized into a revolutionary socialist party. The ISO is committed to playing a role in laying the foundations for such a party. We aim to build an independent socialist organization, rooted in workplaces, schools and neighborhoods that, in fighting today’s struggles, also wins larger numbers to socialism.
